Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging.

How to Return:

1. Contact us at (214) 731-6935 or ken@webbcap.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Ship item back in original packaging with RA number marked on outside
3. Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receipt

Electrical parts, cut-to-length items, and special orders are non-returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
